さて、今日の舞台はこちらです。

Today’s stage is here (MAIHAMA).

そう、舞浜といえば夢の国、ネズミの国でございます。

Maihama is well-known as a wonderful disney land.

ちょっと天気は悪いですが、舞浜駅に降りるみんなは楽しそう。

いろんな音楽が流れてきそうです。
Although it was not good weather, everyone getting off at Maihama looked enjoing.
I listened to something to song.

でも、残念ながら夢の国はそのまま素通りで・・・

However, I passed though the land …

やってきたのは臨床栄養学の国際会議「8th Asia Pacific Conference on Clinical Nutrition」

I participated in the international conference in Clinical Nutrition.

この学会、Clinical Nutrition (臨床栄養) という名前だけあって、

いろいろな国のヒト試験(ヒト臨床試験)の研究発表ばかりでした。
In the conference, almost all presentations were about clinical studies/human studies in Asian, American or European countries.

この国際会議に、河崎は単身で臨んできました。

I had tried to make a presentation the international conference.

参加者が、この地図の上に、自分はどこからやってきたかをピンで示します。

Participants marked the places where they came from with pins.

当然、日本を中心にアジアからが多いのですが

Of course, many pins marked in Asia and Japan…

意外にもアメリカや

Surprisingly, USA and

ヨーロッパ・中東・アフリカからも参加者が多くいました。

European, Middle Eastern and African people were also joining the conference.

会場は写真撮影禁止でしたので、発表中の写真はありませんが・・・

Because photo was prohibited in the presentation room, I don’t have any photo during the presentation.

“The Immunostimulating Effect of Kiwifruits in Human”というタイトルで発表してきました。

I presented ” The Immunostimulating Effect of Kiwifruits in Human “.

質疑応答も当然英語・・・英語が苦手な河崎はひやひやしていたのですが、

なんとか無事にやり取りすることができました。
Of course, discussion was held in English. I was not good at English and too nervous…

今回の結果そのものにも興味を持っていただけましたし、

有益なアドバイスをもらうこともできました。
I was very glad for audiences to be interested in our results and to give helpful advices.

非常に緊張もしましたし、不安も大きかったですが、

とてもいい経験をさせてもらうことができました。
I was very nervous and fear of the presentation,
but I went through very good experiences.

今回の経験や学んだことをもとに、皆様によりよりヒト試験(ヒト臨床試験)をご提案できるよう頑張ります！

Based on this experiences and learning, we keep proposing better clinical trial to all!
